Lulu vs. Blurb
For those still deciding between the two, I found this helpful.
It appears that there is definitely pluses and minuses to each,
but if I had to choose right now, I might go with Lulu.

A poster designed by Matthieu David for the improvisational theatre company, 6 Pieds Sur Terre (french for 6 feet on the ground). He created a special typeface and icon system to be used in the promotional material for the theatre. Designed all in black and white so they can be produced on a copier. With this system the posters can all be different and the designs can change. -Nicole

Ok, sorry guys, you are probably sick of me by now but I have been neglecting the blog and feel the need to catch myself up... or something. This is an illustrative typeface from Somewhere Else a design studio out of Singapore. The concept behind the typeface is great that letters and words liberate literally and figuratively is great but also like that the letter forms are created by negative space. The pattern of the links of the fence is pretty rad as well. -Nicole
Odd little CD packaging for Piera by Sonnenzimmer a design duo from Chicago. Check these two out, they make really beautiful screenprints. The tiny type sits back quietly but totally does its duty and creates balance in the pieces. -Nicole
This is a cover design by Dan Reeves for Holy Roar Record's 010 Compilation Tape. The colors are awesome, the patterns are awesome, the typography is simple and really bold. I love this man. I love this record label's covers! -Nicole
