Here is an oddball type foundry, called The Subtype Foundry, I stumbled upon. The above typeface is called SWEM, and is one of three fonts that are free for download.

This article by fontshop.com has some examples of type used on food packaging. They tell you what typeface is used as well. Kind of a cheap ad for them, but still cool to see some of the "behind the scenes" info about the packaging.

These type posters were done by Misprinted Type's Eduardo Recife. He has a dozen free grunge/distressed fonts available for download. Also, he has some very interesting collage work under the header illustrations.
